1. Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do on TEWIZ. It applies to every member, creator, visitor, and account. By using TEWIZ, you agree to follow this AUP, our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
We may update this AUP as TEWIZ grows. If a change materially affects you, we will notify you in advance. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated AUP.
2. Who may use TEWIZ
TEWIZ is a membership community built around trust and reputation. You may use TEWIZ only if:
- You are at least 18 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You have a valid account in good standing.
- You are not banned, suspended, or restricted by TEWIZ or by applicable law.
- All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Accounts are personal. You may not share your login credentials, sell or transfer your account, or allow anyone else to use your account.
3. Allowed use
We encourage authentic expression, collaboration, and commerce between creators and their audiences. Acceptable use includes:
- Sharing your own voice notes, photos, videos, reels, and posts with people who are permitted to see them.
- Building and managing your Circle of mutual connections.
- Offering Followers Memberships and paid content to your subscribers, subject to our Content & Monetization rules.
- Receiving Big Heart tips through Stripe, when you are a verified creator in good standing.
- Sending direct messages, voice messages, and media to mutual Circle members or others who have consented to receive them.
- Engaging respectfully with comments, likes, and community features.
4. Prohibited content
You may not post, share, store, link to, or otherwise distribute any content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity.
- Contains sexual or sexually explicit content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors in any way.
- Depicts or promotes non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery, or deepfake sexual material.
- Shows extreme violence, gore, terrorism, or self-harm instructions.
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Contains malware, phishing, exploits, or instructions for harming devices or systems.
- Impersonates another person or organization in a misleading or deceptive way.
- Infringes intellectual property rights, including copyrighted music, video, or trademarks you do not own or have permission to use.
- Is spam, misleading, or primarily designed to manipulate engagement metrics.
5. Prohibited behavior
Even when content is not itself illegal, certain behaviors harm the community and are prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, or sustained targeting of any person.
- Sending unsolicited messages, spam, or repeated unwanted invitations to people outside your Circle.
- Buying, selling, or trading accounts, usernames, badges, verification status, or access to restricted content.
- Circumventing fees, payment limits, or creator revenue splits.
- Using bots, scrapers, automation, or fake accounts to inflate followers, views, likes, Circle counts, or revenue.
- Evading suspensions, blocks, or enforcement actions by creating new accounts.
- Attempting to access another member’s account, private data, or restricted content without permission.
- Doxing, threatening, or exposing another person’s private information.
- Coordinated inauthentic behavior, brigading, or manipulating platform systems.
6. Membership and payments
TEWIZ offers optional memberships and creator tools. When you use these features, you must also follow our Content & Monetization and Refund Policy rules.
Members and subscribers
Membership fees are processed through Stripe. You must provide accurate payment information and keep it current. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or repeated failed payments may result in loss of access.
Creators
Creators must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and maintain a verified account in good standing to receive Big Heart support, subscriber revenue, or other payouts. TEWIZ collects a platform fee as described in the Content & Monetization policy.
Refunds
All memberships are billed according to the terms shown at checkout. Refund requests are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Privacy and safety
You are responsible for respecting the privacy and safety of others. Specifically:
- Do not share private conversations, media, or personal information without consent.
- Do not use TEWIZ to collect, scrape, or store data about other members beyond what the platform normally displays.
- Report harmful or illegal content through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting support@tewizz.com.
- Respect blocks and other privacy boundaries set by other members.
If you are in immediate danger or witness an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
8. Intellectual property
You retain the rights to content you create. By posting on TEWIZ, you grant us the limited license needed to operate the service, as described in our Terms of Service.
You may not post content that you do not have the right to share. If you believe your work was copied without authorization, follow our Copyright / DMCA process.
9. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on severity and history:
- Warning or notice to the account owner.
- Removal of content.
- Temporary suspension of features or account access.
- Permanent termination of the account.
- Forfeiture of unpaid balances where permitted by law and our creator agreements.
- Referral to law enforcement or other authorities when appropriate.
- Civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
We reserve the right to investigate and act on any behavior that undermines the safety, integrity, or premium experience of TEWIZ, even if it is not explicitly listed here.
10. Reporting and appeals
If you see a violation, report it using the report option on the post, profile, message, or comment. You can also email support@tewizz.com with as much detail as possible, including links, timestamps, and screenshots.
If you believe we took action against your account in error, you may appeal by contacting support@tewizz.com. We review appeals in good faith and may reinstate accounts or content when we determine the action was incorrect.
