Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and TEWIZ. If you do not agree, do not use TEWIZ. If you use TEWIZ on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

You must be at least 16 years old to create a TEWIZ account. You must be at least 18 years old to access adult (18+) areas, purchase or offer adult content, or receive creator payouts. Adult content is gated by a one-time in-app age confirmation and is only permitted within a creator's Adult Followers Membership; it is never allowed in the public feed.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@tewizz.com of any unauthorized use.
• One person, one account. Creating duplicate or automated accounts is prohibited.
• You may not transfer, sell, or share your account.

You agree not to use TEWIZ to:

• Post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or deceptive content.
• Solicit or endanger minors, or share child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Reports are forwarded to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Engage in scams, fraud, phishing, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized advertising.
• Distribute malware, spyware, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Scrape, mirror, or use automated tools to access TEWIZ without written permission.
• Circumvent moderation, age gates, or payment controls.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.

You must follow our Community Guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination.

• All payments are processed by Stripe. By transacting on TEWIZ you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Prices are shown in the currency of the transaction and include applicable taxes where required.
• For Followers Membership and Big Heart, the creator is the merchant of record for their own transactions. TEWIZ acts as a technology platform.
• TEWIZ charges a platform fee on paid transactions, disclosed to creators at signup and in their earnings dashboard.
• Creators receive payouts through Stripe Connect on the schedule Stripe applies to their account.
• You are responsible for taxes on the income you earn through TEWIZ.

• TEWIZ may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
• Enforcement is threshold-based: repeated confirmed violations trigger a 15-day suspension. Continued violations after that may result in permanent termination.
• Severe violations (CSAM, credible threats of violence, coordinated fraud) result in immediate permanent termination without prior warning.
• You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account.
• On termination, your license to use TEWIZ ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal by emailing support@tewizz.com within 30 days of the action. Appeals are reviewed by a member of the Trust & Safety team who was not involved in the original decision. Decisions on appeal are final.

TEWIZ is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEWIZ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content posted by users is accurate, safe, or lawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEWIZ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of TEWIZ. TEWIZ's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid TEWIZ in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TEWIZ and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of TEWIZ, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section prevents you from seeking relief in your local courts where required by consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in-app and by email at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
