Content & Monetization Policy

TEWIZ monetization is limited to the official features below. TEWIZ does not pay creators for views, likes, impressions, or engagement, and TEWIZ is not a marketplace for buying or selling products.

• Elite Membership — a recurring TEWIZ subscription that grants the Elite badge and expanded platform features.
• Followers Membership — creators sell recurring access to their Members-only posts, stories, and voice content across curated categories (including optional Adult 18+).
• Big Heart — voluntary one-time creator support payments from members who want to appreciate a creator's work.
• Any future official monetization features explicitly added by TEWIZ.

• Content that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law.
• Directing members to pay off-platform, send crypto, or otherwise bypass TEWIZ's payment flow.
• Counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized copies of copyrighted or trademarked works.
• Financial, investment, gambling, or predictive tipping services.
• Escort services, sex acts in exchange for money, or trafficking-related content.
• Content involving minors in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context.
• Personal data of third parties without their consent.

• Adult content is permitted only within an Adult Followers Membership category.
• Every performer must be at least 18 years old, must have consented to the content, and must be identifiable if requested by TEWIZ Trust & Safety.
• Creators must retain age and consent documentation for every performer and provide it to TEWIZ within 7 days of a lawful request.
• Content may not depict minors, non-consensual acts, incest, bestiality, extreme violence, or trafficking.
• Subscribers must complete the one-time 18+ age confirmation before they can view or purchase Adult content.
• Adult content is never allowed in public posts, Explore, Search, Trending, shared previews, or preview images.
• Marketing an Adult Followers Membership from a public post is limited to text and non-explicit imagery only.

• Creators must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and be at least 18 to receive payouts.
• Creators set the price and select one primary category. Category assignment must accurately reflect the content offered.
• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Renewal terms must be shown clearly at checkout.
• Creators must publish or maintain access to new content consistent with their offer.
• Creators may not condition access on off-platform payments, direct crypto transfers, or attempts to bypass TEWIZ's payment flow.

• Big Heart is a voluntary one-time payment from a member to a creator to appreciate their work.
• Only creators with verified Stripe Connect payouts may receive Big Heart payments.
• TEWIZ retains a platform fee on Big Heart payments, disclosed to creators in their earnings dashboard. The remainder pays out to the creator through Stripe Connect.
• Big Heart payments are final and non-refundable except in cases of verified fraud, duplicate charges, or technical payment errors. See the Refund Policy for details.

• Followers Membership: TEWIZ retains a 15% platform fee for Standard creators and a reduced 10% platform fee for Elite creators.
• Big Heart: TEWIZ retains a 35% platform fee for Standard creators and a reduced 20% platform fee for Elite creators.
• Fees are applied automatically at payment time. Creators never handle payout mechanics.
• Stripe processing fees are billed separately by Stripe and are non-refundable when a transaction is reversed.
• Creators receive payouts through Stripe Connect on the schedule Stripe applies to their account and country.

• Filing a chargeback for a subscription you consumed or a product you received in good order is fraud.
• TEWIZ contests every chargeback we believe is invalid, with evidence supplied by Stripe.
• Accounts with excessive or fraudulent chargebacks are suspended and forfeit any pending balance.
• If Stripe places your account under risk review, we cooperate with Stripe and may pause payouts until resolved.

• TEWIZ uses automated and manual reviews to detect account takeover, card testing, synthetic identities, and money-laundering signals.
• We may pause payouts, freeze balances, or terminate accounts we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, subject to legal requirements.
• Creators must respond to identity, tax, and beneficial-ownership requests from Stripe within the deadline Stripe sets. Failure to respond may cause payout suspension.
• TEWIZ complies with sanctions and export controls; we may not serve users in embargoed jurisdictions.
