Safety & Moderation Policy

• Uploads (photos, videos, voice, text) are screened by machine-learning classifiers for nudity, violence, hate, self-harm, spam, and known abusive material.
• High-confidence violations of hard rules (e.g. CSAM, gore) are blocked at upload.
• Borderline items are queued for human review before they can appear in public surfaces.
• AI decisions never trigger permanent bans by themselves; permanent action requires human confirmation.

• Trained TEWIZ moderators review reports, escalations, and appeals against our Community Guidelines and Content & Monetization Policy.
• Moderators handling adult categories are 18+, trained in trauma-informed review, and receive rotating rest to reduce exposure risk.
• Every enforcement action is logged in an internal audit trail with actor, subject, reason, and evidence, for accountability and appeals.

• You can report any post, comment, message, story, or profile using the Report button.
• Select the category (spam, harassment, illegal, adult violation, copyright, other) and add optional context.
• Reports are confidential — the reported member is not told who reported them.
• Malicious or coordinated false-reporting is itself a violation and may result in action against the reporter's account.

• Every enforcement action can be appealed by emailing support@tewizz.com within 30 days.
• Appeals are reviewed by a moderator not involved in the original decision.
• If we made a mistake, we reverse the action and remove the associated strike.
• Decisions on appeal are final for platform purposes.

• Age of every performer is verified by the creator, who must retain records and produce them within 7 days of a lawful request.
• Every adult upload is screened for prohibited content (minors, non-consensual, extreme violence, trafficking).
• Public surfaces (feed, Explore, Search, Trending, shared previews) never contain adult content; leakage is treated as a Priority 0 incident.
• Subscribers must complete the one-time 18+ age confirmation before accessing any Adult Followers Membership.

• Automated systems detect coordinated posting, mass follow/unfollow, message flooding, and known phishing patterns.
• New or unverified accounts have graduated posting limits until reputation is established.
• Payment flows are monitored for common scam signatures (off-platform payment requests, hidden redirects, impersonation of TEWIZ staff).
• TEWIZ never asks for your password, seed phrase, or private keys in-app or by email.
